Who is responsible for your data

Cancun Locksmith, based in Cancún, Quintana Roo, Mexico, is responsible for the personal data you provide, under Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP).

What we collect

Only what is needed to help you: your name, your phone number, the location of the job and a description of what you need. If you call or message us on WhatsApp, we keep a record of that conversation.

We never ask for card or bank details through the form or by message. Payment is made directly to the technician once the work is finished.

What we use it for

To contact you, quote the job, dispatch a technician and follow up. We also use it in aggregated, anonymous form to count how many requests we receive and to measure our response times.

We do not sell your data and we do not share it with third parties for advertising.

How long we keep it

For as long as the working relationship lasts and for any period required by applicable law, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You can request access to your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how it is used, by writing to help@locksmithcancun.com. We reply within 20 working days.

Changes to this notice

Any change is published on this page with the date it took effect.
